Executive Director of Operations Valerie Sickles Lerch, BS, MBA
Valerie has over 17 years experience in the Behavioral and Mental Health field primarily working with children and adolescents. She completed her Bachelors of Science in Psychology with
a minor in Child Development from the University of Pittsburgh. She has worked in various programs including Residential Treatment, Group Programming and site-based therapeutic programming for children and adolescents, and Outpatient Therapy. She recently completed her MBA with a specialization in Marketing from Kaplan University.
Valerie is married with three children and was born and raised in the Ambridge community. She is proud to be providing services in her home town to improve the health and wellness of others.
