He is responsible for training and supervising pre-licensure staff, attending to clinical crisis, auditing clinical notes, and available for mentoring from all clinical staff. He received his Masters in Counseling from Waynesburg College, and has extensive experience working in the mental and behavioral health field.

Felicia has a diploma in Medical Office Administration. She has been in the medical field for three years and has done volunteer work for a mental health organization prior to coming to Beaver County Pathways. She is a mother, wife, and she loves to read.
